能值分析理论是研究生态经济系统结构和功能的新理论,它以太阳能值为统一尺度,解决了不同类型能量之间无法进行核算的问题,为研究提供了一种新的能量分析理论方法。农区奶牛业系统是我国农业生态系统的重要组成部分。研究运用能值理论与方法,研究了呼图壁县农区奶牛养殖业生态经济系统的内部结构及其与外界自然环境、经济之间的关系。通过能值指标分析了农区奶牛养殖业生态经济系统的能值产投状况,并结合当地的实际情况说明该地区的生态经济系统面临的问题和可持续发展的途径。

Energy analysis theory is the new theory studying the ecological- economic system＇s structure and function , it takes solar energy as unified dimension, resolved diversity types of energy can not solve the accounting problems, which provide us with a new theoretical energy analysis. The dairy industry system is the important component in agriculture ecosystem in China. In this article, the relationship among the internal structure and external natural environment and economy of ecological - economic system of dairy industry in agricultural area of Hutubi County was investigated based on the energy theories and methods. The development of ecologyicai - economic system in dairy industry of agicultural area was analyzed through energy indexes, which provided a theoretical basis for the sustainable development of the local ecological economy.
