后腹腔镜肾固定术结合补中益气汤治疗肾下垂13例

Clinical Value of Retroperitoneai Laparoscopic Nephropexy with Home-made String Bag and Buzhong Yiqi(补中益气) decoction

目的:总结后腹腔镜下自制丝线网袋肾悬吊固定术结合补中益气汤加减治疗肾下垂的疗效。方法:术前服用补中益气汤加减治疗15～60d,均行后腹腔镜下自制丝线网袋肾悬吊固定术。结果:手术均成功,平均手术时间为100min,术后第2d开始继续服用中药15～30d。随访1.6年,12例症状完全消失,1例症状减轻。3个月后坐立位超声或IVU证实,肾脏位置正常。结论:后腹腔镜下自制丝线网袋肾悬吊固定术结合补中益气汤加减治疗肾下垂,临床疗效确切,值得推广应用。

Objective To study the clinical effect of retroperitoneal laparoscopic nephropexy with home-made string bag combined with Buzhong Yiqi （补中益气） decoction Methods Thirteen cases of retroperitoneal laparoscopic nephropexy with home - made string bag for nephroptosis from 1993 to 2006 were retrospectively reviewed. All cases were supplemented by Buzhong Yiqi decoction for average 28 d （range from 15 d to 60 d）. Then all cases were treated with retroperitoneal laparoscopic nephropexy with home-made string bag. The mean operative time was 100.0 mm, the mean blood loss was 25.0 ml. Results The patients resumed oral intake at an average was 8 h, and the mean postoperative bed stay was 14 - 21 d. The average follow-up was 1.6 years, with a complete relief of symptoms for 11 cases（85% ）, a partial relief of symptoms for one case. B-Scan and IVU results of all cases showed normal kidney position during the follow-up of 3 months. Conclusion Buzhong Yiqi decoction can relieve symptoms, however, can not step up kidney at abnormal positions. Retrooperitoneal laparoscopic nephropexy with home - made string bag combined with Buzhong Yiqi decoction is obviously effective for nephroptosis.
