教师评价范式:认识论与方法论的审视

摘要 20世纪兴起的教师评价已成为教育评价的重要组成部分,从认识论与方法论角度对具有浓厚理性主义范式色彩的奖惩性教师评价制度与具有鲜明自然主义范式特征的发展性教师评价制度进行审视与思考,强调淡化奖惩性教师评价制度的影响,建立与完善发展性教师评价制度将是当前教师教育改革进程中评价改革与制度创新的必然趋势。 The teacher appraise which rose in the 20th century has already become an important component to the education appraise.Scanning and thinking the system of the teachers' rewards and punishments which with the dense characteristics of the rational paradigm and the expansionary teacher's appraise system which with the brilliance characteristics of the naturalism paradigm from the epistemology and methodology,desalinizing the influence of the system of the teachers' rewards and punishments,setting up and perfecting the expansionary teacher's appraise system are the necessary trend of the appraise reform and system innovation in the process of reform of the teacher education at present.
