高等植物中编码APX的基因特点及其与逆境响应的关系 被引量:6

CHARACTERIZATION OF THE GENE ENCODING APX ISOENZYMES AND THE RESPONSE OF APX TO THE STRESS IN HIGHER PLANTS

摘要 对已克隆的APX基因进行分析发现,胞质型APX启动子中可能存在一些功能性的顺式调节元件;chlAPXN-端有一个大约为70残基的导肽,不同的chlAPX的mRNA是由同一个基因选择性剪接最后两个外显子得到的.不同逆境条件下,APX的表达及活性受到不同程度的影响. The genes encoding APX isoenzymes isolated from plant species were analyzed.There is a putative function cis-element in the cytosolical APX promotor.chlAPX isoenzymes have a transit peptide consisting of about 70 residues in the N-termius.mRNAs of chlAPX are generated by the alternative splicing of the gene's two 3'-terminal exons.There are different changes in the transcript level and activities of APX subjected to several environmental stress.
