摘要 从信息化发展的历程出发,对交通信息化发展规律进行了分析与探索。根据交通信息化发展评价的内容和特点,从交通信息化组织建设、交通信息化系统的应用、效益指数、信息系统管理和信息化基础设施5个方面建立了交通信息化发展评价指标,采用模糊识别方法和诺兰阶段模型建立综合评价模型,并对西安市交通信息化发展情况进行了评价。结果表明:该评价指标体系能很好地反映交通信息化发展中存在的问题,采用诺兰阶段模型能准确地衡量信息化发展阶段。 According to the content and characteristics of transport information development, this paper constructs the evaluation indices of transport information from five aspects: the organizational building of the transport information, systematic application of the traffic information, benefit index, information system management, information-based infrastructure; puts forward the assessment method and model, carries on the evaluation on city transport information by using the Nolan model. This method was applied in the evaluation of Xi' an city transport information development. The results show that this method can accurately reflect the real condition, the Nolan model can describe the development phase of information. 2 tabs, 2 figs, 9 refs.
