摘要
为了探讨多频合成振动压实的机理,设计了双频合成振动压实机,从理论上分析了样机各参数对压实度的影响。采用正交试验方法,对样机频率及频率比、振幅及振幅比、相位参数等进行了试验研究,根据试验结果分析,给出了较合理的参数组合。结果表明:两频率成分的相位差及频率比对压实度的影响最明显;两频率成分的振幅及其振幅比对压实效果的影响较明显,其中低频振幅对下层压实度的影响较大;两频率成分的频率值对压实效果的影响不大;激振器的相位对压实效果的影响较小。
For discussing the mechanism of double-frequency composed vibrating compaction, the double-frequency composed vibrating compactor was designed. Based on the theoretic analysis, the influence different parameters on the compaction degree were studied. The parameters, such as frequency, rate of frequency, amplitude, rate of amplitude and phase, were optimized by orthogonal test, and the rational matching of parameters was given according to result of test. The results showed that the phase difference and rate of frequency affect the compaction degree most greatly, the amplitude and its rate have a bigger influence more greatly, the frequency and phase of vibration exciter have a little influence. 3 tabs, 8 figs, 10 refs.
