摘要
用分光光度法对紫叶矮樱叶片不同部位的花青素和叶绿素进行了测定,并对其夏秋两季的动态变化进行了研究。结果表明,随着时间的变化,上位叶、中位叶与下位叶均表现出花青素含量上升而叶绿素含量下降的变化趋势;在不同时期内,花青素水平均表现出上位叶、中位叶和下位叶三者依次下降的趋势,并且上位叶显著大于下位叶,通过方差分析均达到了显著水平(P<0.05),而叶绿素与此相反,但未达到显著水平,说明温度和光照是影响花青素合成的重要因素。
Anthocyanidin and chlorophyll contents in different positions of Prunus×Cistena leaves and its dynamic changes in summer and autumn were studied by using spectrophotometry method.The results indicated anthocyanidin contents in the top and middle part and underneath leaves increased with the time changing,while chlorophyll contents decreased.Anthocyanidin contents showed the trend that the top and middle part and underneath leaves decreased in proper order in the different stages,and the differences were all significant through One-way ANOVA(P〈0.05).While chlorophyll contents were adverse to anthocyanidin contents,but the difference were not significant It showed temperature and light were important factors that affected anthocyanidin's synthesis.
