摘要
为探讨不同园林竹类植物叶绿素含量的特点及其与年龄的关系,通过分析测定,并应用聚类分析和数学模型拟合等方法,对50种园林竹类植物叶绿素含量进行研究。结果表明,这些竹类植物3年生中部叶片的叶绿素含量Ca在1.230~4.350之间,Cb在0.485~1.760之间,通过聚类分析可以分为4类,第1类有1种,第2类有2种,第3类有8种,第4类有39种;叶绿素含量随着竹子年龄的增加而呈现"低-高-低"的变化规律,叶绿素含量与年龄经11种单因子模型拟合,以3次多项式:Y=b0+b1+b2t2+b3t3模型拟合最优。
In order to inquire into the characteristics of chlorophyll content and the relation to its age of different garden bamboo species,by analyzing the bamboo′s chlorophyll content,the chlorophyll content of 50 garden bamboo species were discussed by clueter and mathematical model anlysis in this paper.The results were as follows: The chlorophyll contents a and b(Ca and Cb) in 3 years old middle-part-leaves of these bamboo specise were from 1.230 to 4.350 and from 0.485 to 1.760 respectively.Clueter anlysis showed all these bamboo specise could divided into 4 classes: the first class had 1 species,the second 2 species,the third 8 species and the forth 39 species.Through 11 modles of single factor analysis,the relation between the bamboo′s chlorophyll content and its age followed "low-high-low" pattern and accorded with model cubic: Y=b0+b1+ b2 t2+b3t3.
