摘要
为拓宽木材液化产物的应用领域,提高木材产品的附加值,解决木材微米、纳米级纤维材料的加工难题,在对木材苯酚液化产物特性研究的基础上,提出了静电纺制具有纳米级尺度的木材纤维材料的工艺路线。利用木材苯酚液化产物为前驱体,通过加入反应剂如六次甲基四胺等调制纺丝液,在合适的温度下高压静电纺制成纳米级纤丝,然后将纤丝在HCl和HCHO混合溶液中加热固化,最终获得强度较高的木材纤维。同时分析了在制备过程中可能影响纤维形成的纺丝液因素和纺丝工艺因素,认为纺丝液的温度和施加的电压是影响纳米纤维成形的主要因素。该纤维可进一步炭化或活化加工成用途广泛、性能优良的碳纤维和活性碳纤维材料。
In order to widen the application of wood liquefaction products,improve the added value of wood products,solve the difficult processing problems of wood fiber material with micron or nanometer,on the basis of studying on characteristics of phenolated wood,the route of wood nanofiber material prepared by electrospinning was proposed.Wood liquefaction products in phenol was used as precursor and prepared the spinning solution by mixing with reactant such as HMTA,the solution was made nanofibers by electrospinning under suitable temperature,finally the filament was heated and solidified by soaking in an acid solution containing HCl and HCHO as main components to obtain the fibers with high intensity.At the same time,spinning solution factors and spinning craft factors that may influence nanofiber to form in the course of preparing were analyzed,the temperature of the spinning solution and voltage were thought as the main influencing factors.This fiber could be carbonized or activated into carbon fiber and activated carbon fiber material with wide use and good capability.
