摘要
采用NH3.H2O、H2SO4以及时间和温度为试验因素作正交试验,以对细胞壁腐蚀率为试验观测和分析。结果表明,NH3.H2O溶液单独作用对水杉细胞的腐蚀性可以忽略。H2SO4溶液对水杉细胞壁腐蚀明显。用3%NH3.H2O在10℃时处理2 h左右对水杉细胞壁的腐蚀率最低。
To optimize the pre-treatmnt process of making surface raised grain of metasequoia board,eroded rate of cell wall was studied by orthogonal method according to the changes of time and temperature.The results indicated that the best process was treatment with 3% NH3·H2O at 10℃ for 2 h.
