摘要
用聚乙二醇20000作相转移催化剂,在常压下由苯胺和溴乙烷合成了N,N-二乙基苯胺,研究了多种反应因素对目的产物产率的影响,提出了常压催化合成目的产物的最佳工艺条件是:n(苯胺)∶n(溴乙烷)=1∶2.25,催化剂用量1.00 g,在30 mL,质量分数为40×10-2的氢氧化钠溶液中,反应温度45℃,常压反应7 h,产品收率92.3%.
Using polyethylene glycol 20000 as phase transfer catalyst N, N - Diethylaniline is synthesized by the reaction of aniline with bromoethane under atmospheric pressure, and various reaction factors affecting the yield of the target product are studied. The optimum parameters for preparing the target product by catalytic synthesised process under normal pressure is proposed The obtained optimal reaction conditions are : anline-bromoethane molar ratio 1 : 2.25 in 30 mL 40% sodium hydroxide solution with 1.00 g catalyst at 45℃ for 7 h. The yield of N, N - Diethy- laniline is 92. 3%.
