摘要
研究水溶液中丙烯酰胺(AM)与丙烯酸钠(AANa)在新型氧化还原剂体系引发下,共聚合合成超高分子量聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)的方法.在单因素考察的基础上,通过正交设计实验确定了聚合反应在引发温度30℃时最佳工艺条件:单体质量分数45%;pH值9.5;氧化剂用量100 mg/L;还原剂用量200 mg/L;丙烯酸钠与丙烯酰胺单体配比1∶3.该条件下制得聚丙烯酰胺分子量为2.2×107;固含量89.0%;水解度25.7%;过滤比1.32.
Copolymerization of sodium acrylate (AANa) and acrylamide (AM) initiated by a new type redox agent system was studied. On base of single factor experiment, the optical synthesis condition was obtained by orthogonal test at initiating temperature 30℃:Monomers mass concentration 45% ,pH 9.5, oxidizerl00 mg/L, reducer 200 mg/L. Under this condition, polyacrymide (PAM) with molecular weight 2.2×10^7, solid content 89.0% , degree of hydration 25.7% ,ratio of filter 1.32 was produced.
