摘要
目的探讨经皮射频髓核消融术治疗腰椎手术失败综合征(FBSS)的疗效。方法对89例FBSS患者行髓核射频消融术,随访12个月观察术后视觉模拟疼痛评分(VAS)及脊柱功能变化。结果术后VAS评分显著降低(P<0.05);术后脊柱功能为优32例,良23例,差34例,优良率为61.8%;无1例出现严重不良反应及并发症。结论经皮射频髓核消融术治疗FBSS有效、安全。
[ Objective ] To study the clinical effect of percutaneous radiofrequency nuleoplasty therapy for failed back surgery syndrome. [ Methods ] 89 patients suffered from FBSS were treated with radiofrequency. [ Results ] 89 cases were followed up 12 months. The general clinical effective rate was 61.8%, the average scores of VAS were decreased to 58. 2% （P 〈 0.05）. No serious complications were found. [ Conclusion ] Radiofrequency nuleoplasty can be used to treat some patients who suffered from FBSS.
