基于不同经济发展水平的我国乡镇卫生院财务收支状况分析

Analysis on Finance and Operation Expenditure of Township Health Centers Based on Different Economic Level in China

农村卫生一直是我国卫生工作的重点和难点。目前,我国乡镇卫生院生存与发展在很大程度上受当地经济水平和自身补偿能力的制约,使得其无法满足居民的健康需求,制约了农村卫生工作的开展。从经济发展水平的角度出发,通过多变量方差分析,对我国乡镇卫生院的财政投入与业务收支情况进行分析,探究乡镇卫生院财务收支状况的影响因素以及程度,进而提出相应的措施和对策,以期在一定程度上更好地发挥乡镇卫生院的功能。

Rural health is the crucial part of health system role in China. At present, the township health centers can＇t meet the need of resident to health because of the factors that constrain the country health care. This research tries to find the problem by analyzing the finance and operation expenditure of township health centers, and work out relevant methods and countermeasures to insure the normal function in certain extent.
