摘要
特别关注了非营利性医院管理层的绩效考核。首先从非营利性医院法人治理的要求和战略目标的实现2个方面论述了对非营利性医院管理层进行绩效考核和激励的必要性。其次,以上海市某区级中心医院为例,将平衡计分卡运用于非营利性医院管理层的绩效考核,构建了非营利性医院战略地图和绩效考评体系。理论与实际相结合,建立了可操作性的框架体系。
This article pay attention to administrators' peIformance evaluation in non-for-profit hospital. At first, we explained the necessary of administrators' performance evaluation in non-for-profit hospital by talking about strategic object and request of Corporate governance in non-for-profit hospital. Second, taking a district central hospital in Shanghai as an example, we applied balanced scorecard to evaluate administrators' performance, We make out Strategic object & performance assessment system for non-for-profit hospital. We not only talk about theory, but also set up maneuverable system.
