计算机图像分析对自体黑素细胞移植治疗白癜风的疗效评价

Effective evaluation of CDIA system on the melanocyte culture and transplantation for vitiligo treatment

目的研究黑素细胞培养移植治疗白癜风的疗效及评价方法。方法采用从发疱壁上获取黑素细胞、纯黑素细胞培养与增殖、移植区刮除种植法治疗白癜风;应用计算机皮肤数字图像分析系统进行疗效评价。结果20例白癜风患者的28块皮损进行了自体黑素细胞培养移植,移植后的平均灰度与正常皮肤平均灰度接近。结论黑素细胞培养移植治疗白癜风操作简单、治疗面积大,色素分布均匀;计算机图像分析系统的疗效评价更具有客观性。

[ Objective] To study the method of melanocyte culture and transplantation for vitiligo treatment. [ Methods] Melanocytes was obtained from suction blisters wall. After being cultured and proliferated, melanocyte was transplanted to vitiliginous area, which was scratched beforehand. Computer digital image analysis （CDIA） system was used to evaluate the effect of treatment. [ Results] There was 28 pieces of vitiligo in 20 patients were treated with autologous melanocytes transplantation. The average gray of normal skin and vitiliginous lesion was approximation. [ Conclusion] Autologous melanocytes transplantation is relatively simple operation, getting more treatment area, and excellent repigmentation in treating vitiligo. The evaluative method of CDIA system is more objective.
