摘要
通过对320例女大学生心理咨询记录进行分析,可以发现女大学生心理咨询的主要问题有学习、人际关系、自我意识、恋爱问题等,且存在年级差异。对女大学生心理健康的教育应采取以下对策:对不同年级的女大学生重点加强主题教育,积极推进朋辈辅导,开展团体心理辅导。
On the basis of analysis of mental counseling contents of 320 female college students, this study indicates that the main issues in counseling are associated with studies, interpersonal relationships, self- consciousness and love affairs. These counseling problems have notable difference in the grades. Then it analyzes the causes for this phenomenon and puts forward the educational college students＇ mental health： strengthen the education of the themes, promote the guidance of the fellows, and conduct the mental guidance in groups.
