Process of Electroless Copper Plating and Surface Decoration on Cemented Carbide

采用化学镀方法在硬质合金表面镀覆一层铜,在此基础上进行仿银仿金处理。结果发现,化学镀铜层的质量对仿银仿金效果影响较大,为此讨论了添加剂、温度、pH等因素对化学镀铜层的均匀度及光亮度的影响,并提出了化学镀铜的较佳工艺条件。

A layer of copper on cemented carbide was obtained by electroless plating process, on the basis of which an effect of imitating silver and gold was achieved. The results show that the effect of imitating silver and gold is heavily influenced by the quality of the plated layer. Some factors influencing the quality such as additives, temperature and pH were discussed and relatively good process conditions were proposed
