摘要
分析了雷电波侵入电解槽槽控机的途径,并根据雷电波的特点在电源及通信装置前加装防雷吸收装置,同时对电源线及通信电缆进行屏蔽接地设计,减少感应电压对电源线的耦合干扰,从而降低雷电波对电解槽槽控机的危害,提高电解工艺控制的可靠性。
Based on the analysis of the route of lightning wave intruding into the control system of the pots, it is proposed that some necessary anti-lightning absorption devices and grounding screening design should be adopted before the electric source and communication systems. It is believed that with these devices and design added, the harms of lightning could be reduced and the control of the electrolytic process could be more reliable.
