摘要
媒介的影响力受多方面因素的制约,也有狭义和广义的区别,从广义上而言,这种影响力就会产生各种强弱、好坏、正负等不同的作用,本文试图以媒介影响力理论为基础,分现实、潜在、有效三个层面,以新疆电视媒体存在的问题为例,来透视这一主要媒介应当在本地产生的影响力。
