摘要
空气-乙炔火焰中,La、Nd、Y和Lu等对TbO的分子发射光谱法测定有增感作用.用大量的La作为增感试剂和化学干扰抑制剂,采用双波长差示法克服光谱干扰,对TbO分子发射光谱法测定进行研究.Tb在0~200mg/L范围有良好的线性,方法检出限为1.1mg/L.
In this paper, the monoxide emission spectrometry of terbium is studied in air-acetylene flame. It is found that great amount of La, Nd, Eu, Y and Lu has enhancing effect on determination of terbium. La being selected as enhancement agent and chemical interference suppressant, dual wavelength method is introduced to eliminate spectral interference. This method was used to determine terbium in synthetic samples of mixed rare-earth oxide with detection limit of 1.1 mg/L.
