高效液相色谱法测定皮康外洗液中绿原酸含量

Caffeotannic acid in Pikang wash liquid by HPLC

目的：建立HPLC法测定皮康外洗液中绿原酸的含量，以控制该制剂的含量。方法：采用Kromasil-C18色谱柱（250mm×4．6mm，5μm），流动相：以0．2mol／L磷酸二氢钠-甲醇（75：25，磷酸调pH3．2）为流动相；流速为1.0mL／min；检测波长为327nm.结果：绿原酸在21.5—129．0mg／L浓度范围内线性关系良好（r=0．9994）；平均回收率为99.53％，RSD为2．04％。结论：本法简便快捷，结果准确，适用于该制剂的含量测定。

Objective： To establish an HPLC method for determination of the ehlorogergc acid in Pikang wash liquid and control. Methods： Kromasil-C18 column （2.50 mm× 4.6 mm, 5 μm） was used. The mobile phase was consisted of 0.2 mol/L potassium dihydrogen phosphate-methol （75：25, pH adjusted to 3.2 with phosphoric）.The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min. And detection wavelength was set at 327 nm. Results： The calibration curve of chlorogenic acid was linear in range of 21.5 - 129.0 mg/L （ r = 0.9994）, the average recovery was 99.53 % and RSD was 2.04%. Conclusions： This method was simple, rapid and accurate, and can be used as a method of quality control for Pikang wash liquid.
