摘要
目的了解湖北省南漳县人类免疫缺陷病毒感染者(HIV)/艾滋病患者(AIDS)接受国家实施的全面免费高效逆转录抗病毒治疗效果,评价抗病毒药物的实用性。方法综合历年AIDS病死率,病人CD4 T淋巴细胞、病毒载量、耐药性、3年存活率诸因素,从不同方面分析评价患者治疗效果。结果经治疗后,AIDS病死率显著下降,CD4 T淋巴细胞接近正常人水平,病毒载量下降到50cp/ml以下,3年存活率高达68.97%,全面免费抗病毒治疗效果明显。结论高效逆转录抗病毒治疗(HAVART)是延长艾滋病病人生命、提高生活质量的有效方法。但要克服耐药性。
Objective To know HIV/AIDS for the full implementation of free anti-retroviral HIV efficient therapeutic effect in Nanzhang and evaluate anti - HIV drug practicality. Methods Comprehend calendar year mortality, CD4 T lymphocytes of patients, viral load and resistance, the survival rate from three factors, analysis and evaluation of patients from different angles treatment. Results After treatment mortality declined significantly, CD4 T lymphocytes near normal viral load 50 cp/ml following, three - year survival rates as high as 68.97 %, revealing a comprehensive free anti - virus treatment to the good results. Conclusion Efficient anti retroviral therapy（HAVART） is the effictive method for the extention of life for AIDS patients, improve the quality of life. However, it needs to overcome drug resistance.
