摘要
研究了碳酸钙晶须的制备方法.探索了以MgCl2为促进剂时碳酸钙晶须生长的影响因素,通过正交实验找到了制备碳酸钙晶须的最佳条件,即MgCl2浓度为0.50mol/L,温度90℃,搅拌速度为250r/min,CO2流量为1mL/min;采用偏光显微镜、X射线衍射仪对碳酸钙晶须结构进行了表征。所制备的产物中晶须质量分数在97%以上,长径比为20~30。
The preparation methods of calcium carbonate whiskers were studied. The factors influencing the growth of calcium carbonate whiskers had been investigated when using magnesium dichloride as a crystalline controller. According to orthogonal test. the optimum parameters were obtained, i. e. , the concentration of MgCl2 is 0.5 mol/L, the temperature is 90 ℃, the speed of stirring is 250 r/min and the flux of CO2 is 1 mL/min. The whiskers were characterized by powder X-ray diffraction (XRD) and polarizing microscope. The characterization results show that the mass fraction of calcium carbonate whiskers prepared is over 97%, with its aspect ratio range between 20 and 30.
