2Cr13弹性体材料热处理工艺调整对称重传感器性能的影响

摘要 通过对弹性体常用材料2Cr13调整热处理工艺参数,得出传感器性能良好的淬火温度和回火温度两个参数最佳匹配值。此最佳参数能使晶粒细化至11级,提高韧性。随着回火温度的升高,冲击韧性先升高,再降低,存在峰值点,冲击韧性较常规工艺提升3倍以上;最佳热处理工艺对应的称重传感器各项性能指标和零点稳定性均良好。 Through adjusting parameters of heat treatment craft about 2Cr13 usually used material of elastic solid, we can obtain the best matching value of two parameters about quenching temperature and tempering temperature in order to prove that cell performance is better. The crystal grain can be thin to 11 levels and enhances toughness by this best parameter. With increasing tempering temperature, impact toughness is increased at the beginning and reduced, there is the peak point during this process, impact toughness is more than three times than conventional technology; All performance indexes and zero stability of load cell which is correspond to the best heat treatment craft are better.
