早期干预对0～1岁儿童家庭环境质量的影响

Effect study on early intervention and home environment in Beijing

【目的】了解早期干预对儿童家庭环境质量的影响。【方法】在北京5个区县抽取10个保健科(5个试验组,5个对照组),试验组按综合干预模式给予父母和家庭干预1年,两组研究对象满12月龄时用HOME量表进行家庭环境质量的评价。【结果】试验组HOME量表得分明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。【结论】对儿童家庭开展适当的早期干预,可以提高儿童的家庭培养环境质量,并进一步促进儿童身心的良好发展。

[Objective] To realize the effect of early intervention on home environment. [Methods] 10 communities had been compartmentalized into two groups （5 groups of experimentation and 5 groups of comparison）. The families in experimentation group received 1 year＇s integrated intervention. In 12 months old of children, all families in two groups were assessed by a measure known as HOME. [Result] The scores of HOME in experimentation group were higher than in comparison group（P〈0.01 ）. [Conclusion] The early intervention of family is a good method that can improve home environment and promote the development of children.
