摘要
以亚磷酸三乙酯、季戊四醇、十四醇为原料,无水碳酸钾为催化剂,采用酯交换法合成了二亚磷酸二(十四醇)季戊四醇酯。探讨了反应温度、反应时间、催化剂、催化剂用量、物料配比等因素对反应的影响,确定了最佳工艺条件:第一步的反应温度是130℃,反应时间为3 h;第二步的反应温度为180℃,反应时间为3 h,有机锡为催化剂,物料配比n(季戊四醇)∶n(亚磷酸三乙酯)∶n(十四醇)为1∶2.15∶2(以0.046 mol季戊四醇为准),催化剂的用量为0.7 g,产品的收率在96%以上。
Bis (1-tetradecanol) pentaerythritol diphosphite was synthesized using triethyl-phosphite, 1-tetradecanol and pentaerythrite as raw material and anhydrous potassium carbonate was used as catalyst in the transesterification. The aeffects of catalyst, temperature, reaction time and molar ratio of the raw materials on the reaction were studied. The experimental result shows that the optimum condition were as follows: reaction temperature Ⅰ was 130 ℃ , reaction temperature Ⅱ was 180 ℃, reaction time Ⅰ was 3 h, reaction time Ⅱ was 3 h, the mass of catalyst was 0.7 g, and n(pentaetythritol) : n(triethyl phosphite) : n(1 - tetradecanol) was 1 : 2.15 : 2. The yield of the product can be more than 96 %.
