摘要
在不同给电子体MgCl2的用量、聚合温度、聚合时间等条件下,考察MgCl2对聚α-烯烃合成减阻剂减阻率的影响。结合室内模拟环道评价装置和凝胶渗透色谱仪,测定聚合产物的减阻性能,确定给电子体MgCl2对聚合活性中心数量和分布的调变作用及反应时间的影响。研究结果表明,在n(Al)/n(Ti)=70,起始温度0℃,MgCl2=0.3 g,V(二苯基二甲氧基硅烷(DDS))=0.28 mL,聚合时间24 h的条件下,聚合产物的减阻率达到45%,减阻率比较稳定,能用于工业原油的输送。
The effect of electron donor magnesium chloride anhydrous (MgCl2) on drag reduction efficiency of α-olefin polymers was studied by varying the MgCl2 dosage, the polymerization temperature and the reaction time. By determining drag reduction efficiency of polymers using a simulative loop evaluation apparatus and GPC,the effects of MgCl2 as electron donor on the number and the distribution of active centers and on the reaction time were confirmed. Drag reducing test indicated that drag reduction efficiency of polymers can achieve 45 % under the following conditions.n(Al)/n (Ti) = 70, start temperature 0 ℃, MgCl2 0.3 g, dimethoxydiphenylsilane (DDS) 0.28 mL and time 24 h. The polymer could meet the industrial demand.
