在XD-2型X射线衍射仪分析软件的基础上,制作了Al2O3定量分析所用的内标曲线,并对混合物样品中的物相进行了定量分析,结果和配比值完全一致。

Based on the phase quantitative software of XD - 2 X - Ray Diffractmeter, this article makes the internal standard curve and external standard curve of Al2O3 sample,analyzes the Al2O3, content of some other mixtures with the two standard curves respectively,The test result was well accorded with the designed one, which indicating that these methods could meet the needs of phase quantitative analysis in multi - phase mixture.
