摘要
本文就兵团少数民族教师双语培训教育实习的情况进行了总结,指出了培训工作中存在的问题,对加强和改进双语培训工作提出了建议。
This article smnmafizes the teaching practice of Bingtuan minority teachers＇ bilingual training, reveals the problems existing in the training work and puts forward some suggestions of strengthening and improving the bilingual training work.
