It is important for the university to know and master public feeling and explore the regularity of formation and transformation so that the university can make a scientific decision and deal with conjuncture of public feeling. This article expounds the characteristics, implication and the contents of public feeling in new times, analysing the situation and problem of the research and putting forward some countermeasures and advice to provide some consult for making developing strategies and promote university in a steady, health and fast way.
