摘要
伴随我国高等教育规模的急速扩大和市场化进程的不断加快,高等教育机构正在从以往的"知识的共同体"逐步转化为"知识的经营体"。从市场的观点出发,高等教育机构与社会两者之间关系可以理解为一种交换关系,而其间各高校所提供的教育服务则是连接高等教育机构与社会之间的媒介物。在这种背景下高校教学质量以及高校教育服务与社会需求的顺应性已成为当前高等教育研究中的一个焦点问题。本研究通过2006年实施的学生教学评估问卷调查,对当前高校教学质量和教学结构体系以及学生教学满意度的影响机制展开分析。
With the rapid expansion of higher education scale and the continuously increasing process of marketization of higher education in China,higher education institutions are converting from the previous 'knowledge community' to 'knowledge operation' in a step-by-step manner.From the market point of view,the relationship between higher education institutions and the society can be interpreted as a commutation relation,and the education service provided by university plays the role of vehicles between higher education institutions and the society.Against this background,the relevance of education service and the social demand has been a central issue of recent higher education researches.This study attempts to adopt the method of empirical research,taking the result of students' assessment and their level of satisfaction of higher education as a breakthrough point.We first attempt to have an extensive and thorough understanding of the general status of satisfaction and that of students from the three different types of higher education institutions.Second,mechanism influencing recent education results of higher education institutions and the problems will be analyzed and discussed.Finally,we consider the implications of our data,our interpretation of their meanings,and advice to improve the quality of Chinese higher education.
