论大学校长治校的基本矛盾之一:领导与被领导

To Be Led:One of the Basic Contradictions for University Presidency

本文对大学校长治校的一对基本矛盾——领导与被领导进行了论述。认为:处理好领导与被领导这一对关系,成为大学校长治校成败的重要领导艺术。处理这一对矛盾的基本原则是:被领导的时候勿忘领导的责任,在领导的时候勿忘接受被领导的义务,且要善于在危机时刻和平稳运行等不同阶段使用不同的领导方式。

One of the basic contradictions,to lad and to be led,for university presidency is dealt with.It is proposed that to well balance the relationship of 'to lead and to be led' is of great importance for university presidents' success.An important rule for this balance is not to forget the responsibility for leading when being led,and not to forget the obligation for being led when leading.And the university president should employ different leading approaches at different stages like both in crises and at stability.
