摘要
为满足油田高温酸化的要求,选择非离子单体 AM、复合阳离子单体 H—DMDAAC、含磺酸基的阴离子单体 AMPS 为原料,采用氧化还原体系、水溶液聚合法,在低温条件下,合成一种新型的酸化胶凝剂 YJN—1。考察影响聚合反应的各种因素,确定聚合反应的最佳条件,评价了聚合物酸液的基本性能,分析了其作用机理。研究结果表明,合成的 YJN—1胶凝剂具有增粘性好、抗高温、缓速性能,在高温150℃,170 s^(-1)剪切速率下,当 YJN—1胶凝刑质量分数为1%时,质量分数为20%的盐酸酸液粘度可达37.5 mPa·s;在90℃条件下与石灰石反应60 min后,酸液质量分数仍有11.9%,为普通酸的7倍多,满足了高温井酸化的要求。
In order to meet the requirements of high temperature aeidizing, a new acid gelatinizer was synthesized by ehosing non ionic monomer AM, complex cationic monomer H-DMDAAC, anionic monomer AMPS as starting materials and redox system as initiator in aqueous solution at low temperature. Various factors influencing polymerization reaction were analyzed, the optimum conditions of polymerization were determined, the basic performance of gelling acid was evaluated and its action mechanism was studied. The results show that it has good property to increase viscosity, resistance to high temperature and acid--rock reaction retardation, the viscosity of acidizing fluid of 20% mass fraction can reach 37.5 mPa · s at 150℃ and shearing rate of 170 s when the mass fraction of YJN-1 is 1%. Mass fraction of gelling acid remains 11.9% after 60 min-s reaction with limestone at 90 ℃, which is 7 times more than that of common acid, it can meet the need of acidizing in high temperature wells.
