摘要
以初馏塔、常压塔和减压塔进料位置为优化决策变量,以常减压装置年综合收益最大为目标函数,结合蒸馏模型、换热平衡方程和泵功方程等为核心的等式约束和相应的不等式约束,建立了常减压蒸馏流程优化模型。在 Pro/Ⅱ平台上进行二次开发,对优化模型进行了求解,获得了最优的进料位置,取得了良好的优化效果。对比分析了各产品收益、原油成本、泵功、加热负荷、冷却负荷和蒸汽成本对年综合收益的贡献。在收益和成本对比关系中,各产品收益对年净增收益的贡献最大,其次为泵功的减少,但这种收益的增加是以加热负荷和冷却负荷成本有所增加为代价的。
Taken feed locations of primary, atmosphere and vacuum distillation column as optimization decision variables, and maximum annual net profit as objective function, optimization model was established with kernel constrain conditions of distillation model, heat balance equation, and pump work equation and relative inequality constrain conditions. The optimization model was solved with the second development on Pro/Ⅱ platform. The optimization feed location of each distillation column was achieved and good optimization result was yielded. The contributions of profit of each product, cost of crude oil, pump work, heating duty, cooling duty and vapor to annual general profit were analyzed. Among contrastive relationships of profits and costs, the contribution of profit of each product to net annual general profit is most, that of decrease of pump work is more, but those increases cost of heating and cooling duty.
