摘要
采用ＢａｃｋｍａｎＤｕ＿８Ｂ紫外可见分光光度计的多组分分析附件，以标准食品色素配制标准系列，采用正交试验设计获得最佳逆矩阵方法，可用于混合食品色素样品的分析中．方法可用一般光度计测定，简便快速。
The inverse matrix method of multi component analysis has been studied by using DU 8B spectrophotometer.The optimum inverse matrix equations of the standard food pigments based on orthonomal test method have been worked out.This method can be used in the multi component analysis of the mixed food pigment and other multi component samples.
