摘要
合成了联苯乙酮缩氨基硫脲及其与铅(Ⅱ)的配合物,通过元素分析,摩尔电导,红外光谱和电子光谱等手段进行表征,证明Pb(Ⅱ)与配体的摩尔比为1:2,配合物为六配位的八面体结构,配体联苯乙酮缩氨基硫脲处在平面位置,两分子水占据八面体的两个对角。
The Complex formed between Pb(Ⅱ) and 4_acetylbiphenyl thiosemicarbazone is synthesized and characterized by element analysis, molar conductance, infrared and electronic spectra. The antibacterial activities of the ligand and the complex against S. aureus, E. coli, B. subtilis, B. proteus and A. aerogenes are examined.
