摘要
主要采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法,在查阅、分析大量关于自我研究、体育锻炼与心理健康关系及大学生心理健康研究结果的基础上,对体育锻炼通过调节自我,增进大学生心理健康的机制进行了理论探讨和分析,并试图通过这一机制解释大学生体育锻炼的心理健康效应。
Based on the self- research, the relationship between physical training and psychological health, and the result of studying college students' psychology, using the methods of documentary materials and logical analyses, this article gives a theoretic study and analyses on promoting students' healthy psychology by adjusting oneself through physical training, trying to use this process to explain the physical training's effect on students' psychology.
