摘要 太极拳运动是我国传统体育项目之一,是一种符合人类心理、生理特点的科学健身养生方法。随着国民生活质量的提高,太极拳逐渐风靡,然而一些初练者过分关注套路动作的模仿与熟练,忽略了起势前心身状态的调整,往往造成动作散漫,神意外驰,失去了太极本来的风貌。基于此现状,本文力图总结前人经验,从练拳的实践体验出发,试述太极拳预备势的心、身、息调整,即从非太极拳状态进入太极拳状态的运化过程,以期为初练太极拳者提高演练水平提供参考。 Taiji Quan, one of the many Chinese traditional kongfu branches, is a scientific way for preserving health. With the improvement of the life quality, practicing Taiji quan has become fashionable. Yet the flavor of Taiji is partly reducing because lots of practicers do not adjust before starting posture and too much attention is paid on movement imitation. In such a setting, this paper tries to summarize literature relative to and experience of old masters, then explains the details about how to adjust the body, breathing and mind in the preparative posture to provide the reference for primary trainners.
