Cr12钢冷作模具强韧化热处理工艺研究

摘要 通过调整Cr12钢热处理相关参数,对Cr12钢冷作模具的强韧性和使用寿命进行了研究,成功地研制出Cr12钢等温球化退火→淬火加热过程中充分预热→淬火→回火的热处理新工艺。试验结果表明,经该工艺处理的Cr12钢,组织中共晶碳化物形态和分布得以明显改善,最终热处理后获得了均匀的细隐晶回火马氏体和弥散分布的细粒状合金碳化物的显微组织,获得了优异的综合力学性能,使热处理后的拉丝模和冷冲模的使用寿命比常规热处理工艺处理的使用寿命提高1~2倍。 The effects of heat treatment process parameters of Cr12 steel on its service life were studied. The new heat treatment process of isothermal spheroidize→preheat fully→quenching→tempering was tested. The result shows that the morphology and distribution of eutectic carbides in Cr12 steel under new process were improved, spheroidal pearlite and fine grain of alloy carbides were obtained, mechanics properties were enhanced. The service life of wire drawing dies of Cr12 steel treated by new process was near 2 times than that of under normal heat treatment.
