外商直接投资对我国环境质量的影响——基于我国1985～2005年数据的协整分析

FDI impacts on our country's environmental quality——co-integration analysis based on our country's data from 1985 to 2005

根据我国1985～2005年实际利用外商直接投资额和工业废气排放量的数据进行协整分析,结果表明:从长期看,外商直接投资加剧了我国环境质量的恶化;而短期来看,本期的外商直接投资对我国环境质量的影响不显著,滞后二期的外商直接投资加剧了我国环境质量的恶化。文章建议今后我国利用外资不仅要注重量的增加,更要注重质的提升,以缓解日益紧张的环境污染压力。

Making use of the data of FDI and industrial waste gas discharge from 1985 to 2005 in China, this article carried on a co-integration analysis. The result showed： In the long-term, FDI heightened our country＇s environmental quality depravation. But in the short term, FDI in this term did＇t influence our country＇s environmental quality distinctively, and two lag intervals＇ FDI heightened our country＇s environ- mental quality depravation. This article suggests that our country＇s introducing FDI not only need to pay attention to quantity increment, but also need to pay attention to quality improvement, in order to alleviate increa-singly nervous of environment pollution pressure.
