摘要 综述了管线钢在不同环境下应力腐蚀开裂(SCC)行为与机理的研究现状。介绍了高pH-SCC的保护膜破裂-裂尖阳极溶解机理;重点分析了近中性pH-SCC的阳极溶解(AD),氢脆机制(HE),AD与HE混合机制等3种开裂机理;强调了AD与HE混合机制在近中性pH-SCC的重要作用。 The behavior and mechanism of stress corrosion cracking (SCC) under different environments was summarized. The mechanism of the break of protective layer and anode dissolving of crack tip was introduced. The three kinds near neural pH-SCC mechanism of anode dissolving (AD), hydrogen embrittlement (HE), and the combination of AD and HE were analyzed. The important action of the combined mechanism of AD and HE in near neural pH-SCC was emphasized.
