摘要
应用现代表面分析技术研究了Q235钢在硫酸盐还原菌(SRB)环境中的腐蚀行为。包括应用原子力显微镜(AFM)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)观察Q235钢表面的微生物膜形貌和腐蚀形貌,应用X射线衍射仪(XRD)和X光电子扫描仪(XPS)对Q235钢表面进行成分分析。结果表明微生物膜和硫化物膜在金属表面分布不均匀,进而形成浓差电池引起腐蚀,Q235钢的微生物腐蚀主要以点蚀形式发生。
The corrosion behaviour of Q235 steel in sulfate-reducing bacteria (SRB) environment was studied with modern surface analysis technologies. Atomic force microscopy (AFM) and scan electron microscope (SEM) was applied to observe the morphology of microbial biofilm and corrosion appearance. X radial diffraction (XRD) and X photoelectron scan (XPS) was applied to analyze composition of the surface. The result showed that compact sulphide films were formed on the surface of Q235 steel and then microbio- logically attached and formed biofilms during the process of microbiologically influenced corrosion with concentration cell mechanism. The corrosion of Q235 steel mainly presents pitting corrosion character.
