心脏瓣膜钙化的相关因素及其对冠心病的预测价值

摘要 目的探讨心脏瓣膜钙化的相关因素,分析其对冠心病的预测价值。方法389例同时进行冠状动脉造影检查和超声心动图检查,记录冠脉病变和(或)心脏瓣膜或瓣环钙化的频数;同时记录他们的冠心病和可能的瓣膜钙化危险因素如:年龄、性别、血压、血糖、血脂、吸烟史等。结果①冠心病347例(89.2%);心脏瓣膜钙化277例(71.2%);冠心病合并心脏瓣膜钙化261例;②心脏瓣膜钙化的患病率随着年龄(P<0.005)、血压(P<0.01)、血胆固醇浓度(P<0.005)的增加而增加,女性多于男性(P<0.005);心脏瓣膜钙化与冠心病密切相关(P<0.005)。结论心脏瓣膜钙化的相关因素有:年龄、性别、血压、血胆固醇浓度等,可作为冠心病的预测因子。
