摘要
高等学校是人才培养的主要阵地。造就大批符合时代需要的创新型人才是高校的根本任务。创新型人才培养,必须改革封闭式教学模式,采用开放式教学方法,多方位、多角度、多层面地培养学生的创新能力、实践能力、探索能力、攻关能力和求真能力;必须加强教师培训,大力提高教师的教学水平和教学技能;必须建立科学的激励机制,加强各环节的督促检查,以确保创新型人才培养目标的实现。
The university is considered to be one of the dominant areas where talents are cultivated. Its essential task is to cultivate a large amount of innovative talents, who are exigently demanded in the new century. It is expected that an open teaching mode, instead of a closed teaching mode, is adopted by universities to cultivate people with abilities, and to cultivate students’ abilities of innovation, practice, exploration, solution of problems by utilizing all practical means. Therefore, universities are not only obligatory to strengthen teachers’ training, so as to enhance their teaching proficiency and methodology, but also supposed to set up a scientific incentive mechanism, to strengthen the supervising and examining systems to ensure that the training objectives of innovative talents be carried out properly.
