在一般Ｂａｎａｃｈ空间中取值的向量值函数组成的Ｌｅｂｅｓｇｕｅ空间中，用算子半群方法。

In this paper,the boundary value problem of the abstract kinetic equations with a control parameter in half space geometry is introduced in a Lebesgue space which consists of functions with value in a general Banach space,and the solution of this equation is obtained by virtue of operator semigroup.
