Fas,FasL,DR4,DR5,TRAIL在宫颈上皮内瘤变中的表达及临床意义 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨Fas,FasL,DR4,DR5,TRAIL异常表达与宫颈上皮内瘤变发病关系。方法应用免疫组化法检测51例正常宫颈组织,48例CIN(cervical intraepithelial neoplasia)Ⅰ,40例CINⅡ,45例CINⅢ组织中Fas,FasL,DR4,DR5,TRAIL的表达,并以显微镜定位表达位置,以Ki-67阳性细胞计数增生细胞数。结果增殖和凋亡细胞百分率随CIN程度加重而升高,正常宫颈组织和CINⅠ组织中FasL,DR4,DR5和TRAIL主要表达于基底层细胞及基底旁层细胞,Fas主要表达于细胞表层,尤其在分化良的细胞表层,并随着CIN程度增加Fas表达减少;CINⅢ组织中FasL,DR4,DR5和TRAIL表达遍及整个细胞;死亡受体或死亡配体的表达与细胞增殖或凋亡的百分率无密切关联。结论在宫颈上皮内瘤变演变至宫颈癌的过程中,Fas的表达缺失及FasL,DR4,DR5和TRAIL的表达异常可能是宫颈上皮内瘤变致癌的功能性因素。DR4和DR5过度表达提示其可能是药物治疗宫颈癌的靶点。
