摘要
采用薄层聚丙烯酰胺凝胶等电聚焦电泳技术，对８个平菇菌株的酯酶同工酶进行电泳分析。结果表明，平菇的酯酶同工酶存在明显的菌株特异性。
The isozyme parterns of esterase (EST) from eight strains of Pleurotus ostreatus were analysed by thin layer isoelectric focusing polyacrymide gel electrophoresis.The results showed that the EST isozymes of Pleurotus ostreatus existed a strain specific distribution,and might be one of the biochemical markets in distinguishing different strains of Pleurotus osteatus from each other.
