在构建和谐社会和新农村建设的背景下,只有通过深化改革,通过社会各界的长期共同努力,才能建立和完善农村社会保障体系。通过对海南省昌江黎族自治县农村社会保障存在的问题及成因分析,提出了少数民族地区农村社会保障建设的对策。

In recent time, with the high attention of government, rural economy of ethnic regions has a good development and the life of farmer has been improved. However, there is an obstacle which is tardy progress of rural areas social security. It needs the deepened reform, and the common effort to build the rural areas social security system. This essay analyzes the problem and reasons of rural areas social security in Changjiang Li nationality autonomous county, Hainan province, and poses the suggestions.
