本文根据兖矿某选煤厂集控改造,围绕以太网两级结构,介绍了整个系统的结构以及功能。整个系统包括PLC集控系统、模拟量采集系统、视频监控、语音报警系统等。通过这次改造,全厂形成了清晰的两级网络结构,全厂自动化水平达到一个新的高度。

This paper introduces the Structure of a centralized control system based on the ethernet in the coal preparation plant of Yan Zhou Mining Group. The project contains the PLC system, the analog data acquisition system, the video surveillance and the voice alarm.
